The third-generation Las Vegas Realtor combines an active client practice with responsibility for brokerage compliance, agent development, and long-term growth.

Real estate has surrounded Lexy Glassman for most of her life. Long before she began working with buyers and sellers, she was walking construction sites, discussing design, and watching her family manage the relationships and operational details behind a successful brokerage.

Today, that early education informs two closely connected careers. Glassman is a full-time producing Realtor and the Vice President of Compliance and Development at Platinum Real Estate Professionals, the Las Vegas and Henderson brokerage she co-leads with her mother.

The combination gives her a broad view of the business. Glassman understands what clients experience during a transaction, while also overseeing the standards, systems, and training that support agents across the company.

Building on a Family Foundation

Glassman represents the third generation of her family to work in real estate. Her mother has spent over 20 years in the industry, giving Glassman firsthand exposure to brokerage operations and client service before she became licensed.

She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. When she joined Platinum Real Estate Professionals, her initial work centered on rebuilding backend operations and managing real estate-owned accounts.

Glassman soon obtained her Nevada real estate license and moved into production. Over the past 13 years, she has continued working directly with buyers and sellers across the Las Vegas Valley while taking on greater executive responsibility.

Her marketing education remains practical in both roles. It shapes how Glassman presents listings, communicates with clients, develops community partnerships, and builds recognition for both her own practice and the Platinum Real Estate Professionals brand.

Turning Standards Into Daily Practice

As vice president, Glassman has helped implement state compliance systems, support the brokerage’s growth to five locations across the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson, and establish operational expectations for its agents.

Compliance, in her view, is tied closely to judgment. Rules provide a framework, but agents must also learn how to make responsible decisions when transactions become complicated. That is why mentoring and training newer professionals remains part of her daily work.

Glassman values the moment when an agent begins to understand the reasoning behind a requirement, rather than simply memorizing a procedure. By connecting regulations to real client situations, she helps agents develop the confidence to handle their work with greater care and accountability.

Her active sales practice keeps those lessons grounded. Glassman encounters the same negotiations, deadlines, and client concerns as the professionals she trains, allowing her to address brokerage policies from the perspective of someone who uses them in real transactions.

A Direct Approach to Client Service

Glassman has built her reputation around transparency and straightforward advice. She is willing to advocate firmly during negotiations, but she is equally willing to tell clients when a decision may not serve their long-term interests.

Her focus extends beyond completing a transaction. Glassman approaches homeownership as a way for clients to build equity and strengthen their financial position over time. That perspective encourages careful decision-making rather than an emphasis on volume alone.

More than 22 years of living in Las Vegas have also given Glassman detailed knowledge of the valley’s neighborhoods, communities, and market cycles. Her Utah license extends her professional reach while her primary work remains closely connected to Southern Nevada.

Published career materials cite several industry honors, including GLVAR Young Professionals Network Top 40 Under 40 recognition, induction into the GLVAR Young Professionals Network Hall of Fame, and a Top 25 Women in Real Estate honor.

Leadership Beyond the Brokerage

Glassman applies the same practical approach to her community work. She serves with Jewish Nevada, Las Vegas REALTORS, Nevada REALTORS, and the UNLV Lee Business School Corporate Advisory Board. As Jewish Nevada’s allocations chairperson, she has spent seven years helping oversee the distribution of campaign funds for programs, scholarships, and outreach.

Her philanthropic goals are also personal. Inspired by her grandmother, who survived two kidney transplants, Glassman has supported the National Kidney Foundation and hopes to establish a family foundation centered on organ donation awareness and blood drives.

Across her client work, executive role, and community service, Glassman’s leadership follows a consistent principle: responsibility matters most when it influences everyday decisions.
