The Peanut as Muse: Wandler and SolidNature Debut Sculptural Homeware

From Fashion to Functional Art
Amsterdam-based luxury label Wandler has joined forces with natural stone specialist SolidNature to launch their first homeware collection. Taking inspiration from the organic curves of a peanut, the four-piece series reimagines everyday objects as sculptural design. The debut collection includes marble shelves, candle holders, bookstands, and bowls. Each piece is hand-carved from SolidNature’s most distinctive stones—Hermee onyx, Verde Bullae onyx, Amarena Field marble, and Starry Night granite—highlighting the striking veining and textures of the natural materials.
A Collaboration Rooted in Craftsmanship
The project evolved from Wandler’s initial design concepts for its signature handbags, translating the label’s sculptural aesthetic into the world of interiors. The result is a seamless fusion of Wandler’s refined design sensibility and SolidNature’s architectural expertise.“Designing bags has always been about sculpture,” says founder and creative director Elza Wandler. “With SolidNature, that language now extends into interiors—one of my passions—through a partnership that shares the same devotion to shape, colour, and imagination.”
