Growing up in the region also gave Readyhough firsthand insight into the lifestyle considerations and market dynamics that shape Rhode Island’s coastal areas. Over time, she came to see that real estate extends well beyond transactions. It centers on relationships, trust, and a strong understanding of the communities where people live. Before returning to Rhode Island, Readyhough took a professional path that continues to influence her work today. After attending college in North Carolina, she began her career in corporate finance in Boston, where she developed strong skills in analytics, strategic planning, and problem-solving.Although the finance world sharpened her business instincts, Readyhough ultimately felt drawn back to Rhode Island and to the industry she had grown up around. Real estate allowed her to combine her financial background with her desire to work directly with people while serving the communities she has long considered home.
Today, that experience gives her a strategic advantage when advising clients on pricing, negotiations, and market positioning. Her approach blends analytical insight with local perspective, helping clients make informed decisions in a competitive market.

Readyhough now co-leads the Sheil Readyhough Team at SERHANT. throughout Rhode Island, where collaboration and strategic thinking shape the client experience.She partnered with fellow agent Johnny Sheil, who grew up immersed in the real estate world, watching his father build a career in the industry. Together, they formed the Sheil Readyhough Team and built a collaborative partnership rooted in complementary strengths. Working closely side by side, Readyhough and Sheil combine their distinct skill sets, market insight, and shared commitment to client service to lead the team and guide its continued growth.
Under their leadership, the team has grown into one of the region’s leading real estate groups.
In 2025, the team closed more than $75 million in sales volume and ranked #1 in Washington County, as well as in Narragansett and South Kingstown. These results reflect a combination of deep market expertise, thoughtful marketing strategies, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients throughout South County.

While she remains open to welcoming new team members if the opportunity arises naturally, the team is currently very happy with its existing structure and is not actively seeking to add new members. Her long-term goal is to continue raising the standards of service, marketing, and client experience across Rhode Island real estate while proudly serving the community she calls home.
