Diagnosed with Scheuermann’s disease and told he would face lifelong physical impediments, he refused to accept that prognosis as final. Starting in his late twenties, he built a disciplined training practice that halted the progression of his condition. He later worked through car accidents, a major concussion, and ADHD by researching and practicing ways to overcome physical, emotional, and mental setbacks.

That experience informs one of his guiding beliefs: that mindset is not a decision, it’s practice. It is a fitting philosophy for a professional who often meets clients at moments when the road ahead feels intimidating.

Marin’s career has earned recognition across both real estate and community service.
