Through disciplined preparation, local market knowledge, and long-term client relationships, Matthew Voss has established a growing presence across Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Real Estate. Relationships. Risk. Endurance.

Matthew Voss built his real estate career the same way he approaches a marathon: keep moving forward, stay disciplined, and trust that consistent effort compounds.

Matthew entered real estate in Gainesville, Florida, completing roughly 15 transactions in his first year and earning Rookie of the Year honors. But his career truly changed when he and his wife took a leap of faith and moved to Sarasota.

“We moved here with essentially no income, no friends, and no family. We just said we were going to make it work.”

That bet paid off. Matthew built his business from the ground up by immersing himself in the Sarasota community, developing genuine relationships, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

Today, those relationships have helped propel him into Sarasota’s luxury real estate market, where he is preparing to represent Asana, an exclusive, one-of-a-kind $8.3 million wellness residence designed for the lifestyle of today’s most discerning executives and entrepreneurs.

In 2025, Matthew ranked among the Top 100 real estate agents in his market out of more than 8,000 Realtors. He is currently the #2 individual sales agent in his office of more than 300 agents, and in May 2026, his story and career were featured on the cover of Real Producers magazine.

His philosophy is simple: relationships first, opportunities second.

“I try to create relationships without expecting anything in return. Eventually, those relationships turn into opportunities.”

ALWAYS LEARNING

Matthew is relentless about personal growth. Reading, journaling, coaching, podcasts, and high-level conversations are part of his daily routine. He works with both personal and real estate coaches and intentionally seeks out people who challenge the way he thinks.

Favorite books include The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel, The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss, and Ninja Selling by Larry Kendall. His listening rotation ranges from The Economist and Tom Bilyeu to Travel with Rick Steves.

His guiding philosophy:
Great questions lead to great answers.”

Matthew is also deeply involved in Sarasota. He is active in Rotary and the Sarasota Yacht Club, where he hosts a monthly men’s lunch bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and notable guest speakers.

LIFE BEYOND REAL ESTATE

Matthew and his wife are raising three daughters, and travel has become an important part of their family life, taking them throughout Italy, France, and England.

In 2026, the family traveled to London, where Matthew completed the London Marathon in 3 hours and 54 minutesand earned a place in the Guinness World Records. Matthew continues his health journey by implementing an at home infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge and intermittent fasting.

His passion for Formula 1 has taken him to races in Montreal and Miami and even to the streets of Monaco. Back home, he brings that enthusiasm to Sarasota by hosting Formula 1 watch parties at the Sarasota Yacht Club.gb

Running, travel, family, business, and personal development may seem like separate pursuits, but Matthew sees a common thread: the willingness to take calculated risks, surround yourself with interesting people, remain curious, and keep moving forward.

It’s why one phrase continues to guide both his business and his life:
“It’s never too late to make a good decision.”
