Italian fashion powerhouse Giorgio Armani is marking a milestone year by unveiling its first-ever branded beach residences, set to rise along the shores of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. The project, launching during the brand’s 50th anniversary and the 25th anniversary of Armani/Casa, signals a bold step into the high-end real estate market of the MENA region.

Exclusive Villas With Unmatched Views

Situated in the Raha Island district, the Armani Beach Residences will feature a limited collection of opulent beach villas and luxury apartments. Residents will enjoy direct private beach access and sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf and the Jebel Jais Mountains. Every detail will reflect Giorgio Armani’s signature design language, combining precision tailoring with the warmth of coastal living.

A Vision of Haute Couture Living

“New projects related to living fascinate me because I can bring the way of thinking of Haute Couture, that is, the use of precious materials and unique, tailored creations, into the space where we live,” said Giorgio Armani in a statement.

Drawing from the designer’s personal residences, the architecture and interiors will embody timeless elegance. Residents will also gain entry to a members-only beach club, curated events, concierge services, and exclusive global privileges from the Armani brand.

Partnering with RAK Properties, Armani emphasized that the villas are created to harmonize with Ras Al Khaimah’s marine landscape, offering a rare lifestyle opportunity in the region. “The villas developed in collaboration with RAK Properties… integrate into the evocative surrounding marine landscape, offering a unique lifestyle experience,” Armani added.
